Return Policy


Due to the nature of our products and to serve you better we have put in place the following policy:

    1. For any and all problems with merchandise (wrong products, wrong sizing, defective items etc.) send an email to within 7 days of receiving the product explaining what has not been satisfactory. Please provide us with your contact information in this email, including a phone number where we can reach you. You will receive a reply by phone or email with further directions on your specific problem.
    2. Defective items – although we strive to catch any defects in our products, we are human and one may slip past our eye. If this is the case We will require your items to be shipped back to 1155 North Industrial Park Drive Orem UT 84057 where we may verify the malfunction, a call tag will be issued. Once verified the correct item will be reshipped to you at no additional cost.
    1. Exchanges – for all exchanges the item must be in perfect condition unused and unworn with original packaging. The following items are not eligible for exchange:
      • tights
      • makeup
      • eyelashes
      • lingerie
      • wigs

      restrictions may apply.

    2. Refunds – for a refund only the price of the item will be refunded no shipping costs will be included. The product must be in perfect condition unused and unworn with original packaging . Final Sale items listed below will not be considered for a refund.
    3. Final sale items – all clearance and sale items are not eligible for a refund.

What’s next.

If your online return is the result of our error (damaged, defective or incorrect) your return shipping will be free of charge. Once we receive your return, we will inspect all merchandise to ensure it meets the above qualifications for return. A refund or credit will be issued to your account within 30 days.
