Monday – Friday, excluding United States Federal Holidays. *Expedited shipping orders must be placed before 12:00 noon Mountain Standard Time in order to be shipped the same day. And must contact rebecca@taylormaidcostumes.com for pricing and further information as there is not an option on our site.

Processing Time
Orders received Monday-Friday are generally shipped out the same day or the next business day. On the occasion that an item is out of stock or backordered we will contact customers via email to determine if they want to hold or cancel the order.

International Customers

We happily ship internationally to Australia, Canada, France, Germany, the Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Sweden, Switzerland, the United Kingdom and more. By clicking the submit button for your order, you agree to pay your country’s duties and tarifs upon arrival of your package. Be sure you are aware of your country’s policies as cancellation of your order upon arrival will make you liable for shipping charges both ways. Flat rate for international shipping is $20

What’s next.

If your online return is the result of our error (damaged, defective or incorrect) your return shipping will be free of charge. Once we receive your return, we will inspect all merchandise to ensure it meets the qualifications for return. A refund or credit will be issued to your account within 30 days.
