LiquiSet Mixing Liquid

LiquiSet Mixing Liquid is the ideal mixer to give you an exceptionally beautiful water-resistant and smudge-proof finish. LiquiSet works best with Lumiere Powders and each ounce of the bottle will allow between 10 and 40 applications. LiquiSet is even gentle enough for eyelids, but colors applied with LiquiSet will not blend.
